De Leite are a little known brewery making some fantastic beers - at least if you are a sour beer fan.

The Fils A Papa range are special one-offs produced at the whim of the brewers.  There is nothing linking the styles, but they are really tasty beers. The 9th iteration is no exception. 

 A blond sour of 8%, it has been aged in Domaine Martin Faudot Vin Jaune oak barrels barrels with 'fruits from the brewer's garden'.
