Tropic Thunder is a joint effort with nomadic brewer Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal. We brewed this sour ale with lactobacillus and let it ferment with plentiful mango, passion fruit and peach. Sweet!
The idea behind this beer is that we wanted to make a beer that tastes like a popsicle. A beer as refreshing as those ice cold, fruity treats we loved as kids. And you know what, we succeeded!
