  Corn on the cob....you are a pain

  The cupboard was bare thanks to the above pest. Prefer in a bottle but hey in these times be thankful....besides when poured into a glass hard to tell...still has a great full flavour of a genuine proper full bodied beer, As always the service and speed of delivery must have had supercharged protection as it was here in three days without the delivery guy taking any refreshment. Thanks to all hope more stocks arrive soon. Stay safe

  A great German thirst-quenching Beer with full bodied flavours and depth

  With a golden foaming head over an amber body, this beer has a bit more to it that the usual almost sweet German Oktobefest Pilsner/Wheat beers that are intended as easy-drinking summer thirst quenchers. There is a hint of hop bitterness and some complex floral aromatics there, it hits the spot if you've been out on a summer afternoon mowing the lawn, but also gives you some complex flavours as well. 500mL and 5.3%, it fills the Stein and mellows as it quenches a hard-earned thirst. I like it, one to remember and return to when the occasion arises!
