Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA is Belgian IPA brewed with BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO using blended coffee beans for flavouring. A blend was made using Guatemala beans and Ethiopia beans. Guatemala beans were mixed with light roasted beans that had fruity and clean flavour and medium roasted beans had stronger body flavour. Ethiopia beans had fruity and strawberry like sweetness.
