Our 2023 GABS Festival beer, the Tropo-Thiol is a super tropical Double IPA that features all Freestyle Hops grown hop varieties, including their newest product, the Hop Kief, an intense distilled hop oil. We’ve used a brand new yeast for this brew, too: TropicAle from White Labs, which transforms the odourless hop bound Thiols into uber juicy Free Thiols.
Hops: Motueka, Kohia Nelson, Nelson Sauvin, Hop Kief. Malts: Pale, Wheat, Dry Kilned Oats
