Single fermentation (pet nat) method sparkling cider from Europe's highest orchards in the Sierra Nevada national park, with its amazing micro-climate at 2000m above sea level and around 100km from Africa. Days are hot and dry, nights are always cold including in summer, and winter is brutal. These ciders are absolutely singular - pretty, delicate and fresh with a lovely acidity. No added sulphur.
