Fresh IPA, a rolling, ever changing, monthly series of one offs, brewed in small batches and available only from our brewery outlets and only while stocks last. Each batch is an opportunity to try a new brewery fresh IPA, unfiltered and unfined, showcasing a unique combination of yeast, malt and hops. Just fun, fresh hoppy beer at its best.

It feels like the official start of the silly season proper and here at the Garage we’re kicking it off with a banger! DEC has to be one of my personal favourites, hitting all the right juicy fruit notes that we love in a FRESH.

It’s brewed with a blend of luscious light lager, wheat malt and wheat flakes giving a thick opaque haze and close to perfect pale white gold colour. All that wheat also helps form a dense, tenacious, tight white foam that’ll leave a lingering lacy record of how many gulps it will take you to polish off your FRESH DEC.

Hops are a super group of hand selected Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe. How can you fail with an all star cast like that! The upfront aroma is all punchy pineapple and passionfruit with a back note of green lemon lime fruit burst lollies and a cheeky whiff of hydro lemon haze. Then that first sip is ripe mango, doused in pineapple juice with a hint of earthy dank blueberry all balanced with smooth malt mouthfeel. What better way to round off the year and kick off the season.
