Terroir is the notion that flavour is defined by a sense of place. Sheer Terroir is an experiment with the goal to identify and highlight flavour variations that climate and soil can have on hops. We’ve split and dry-hopped the same base beer with single-lot Citra hops grown int three different prolific US hop regions.

Willamette Valley in central Oregon is sandwiched between the Cascade Mountains to the east and Oregon Coast Range to the west. Look for notes of grass, melon, and berries.
