Named after Mt. Macedon which is one of the major geographical features near Woodend, this beer has been a prime mover with broad appeal. A deep honey colour garnered using Vienna Malt gives this ale a warm appeal. The beer has a delicate caramel malt flavour and finishes off nicely with a balance of piney/resinous hops from the US Pacific North West.

Easy on the taste buds but offering great hoppy character, this beer is best matched with Mediterranean style dishes.
