Feeling inspired by the beautiful, intricate passion flowers nestled atop our creeping passionfruit vine outside of our brewery in Mornington, we decided to combine the fruit and flowers with Blood Plum, one of our all-time favourite summer fruits.

A simple base of Australian Pilsner malt and wheat lays foundation for a zippy, clean acidity created by kettle souring with our house lactobacillus strain. Tart Australian Passionfruit in addition to plump, juicy, Blood Plums combine to pay homage to one the best parts of the Australian summer - our outstanding fresh fruit. Expect a mouth puckering sourness to quench any thirst thrown at you!
