On 2 March 2023, we harvested a luscious, fresh crop of Galaxy® from the hop maze that is Rostrevor Hop Gardens in Myrtleford, Victoria. We then split the wet hops across two brews - a bright and a hazy IPA.

This bright IPA showcases the citrus, pine and stone fruit characteristics of Galaxy picked straight off the bine.
