For this beer we took grapes from Hanging Rock Winery, Macedon, Victoria, and added them to blonde melange base from our foedre. We then removed the grapes and aged it in barrel, before further can-conditioning.

Some colour from the Gewurztraminer skins gives this beer a slight blush pink colour. Spicy with notes of Turkish Delight.
