For this beer we took grape skins and stems from Mark's Farm, Benella, and added them to blonde melange base from our foedre. We then removed the grapes and aged it in barrel, before further can-conditioning.
It pours a rich, deep purple, with notes of green melon and berry and has plenty of funk
