For this beer we took Muscat Golden Sour Grapes sourced from Quealy Wines, Mornington Peninsula, and added them to blonde melange base from our foedre. We then removed the grapes and aged it in barrel, before further can-conditioning.
A fragrant, floral version of the blend with a touch of extra funk.
