For this beer we took grapes from Jamsheed Wines, Yarra Valley, and added them to blonde melange base from our foedre. We then removed the grapes and aged it in barrel, before further can-conditioning.
True to the Riesling varietal, a lime/lemon aroma can be seen in this version. Clean and crisp.
