Pulling from Dunc and Sam’s time making wine in the states, with the help of a bevy of unique brews along the way, this is a chopped up take on a variety of IPAs hailing from the USA.
Pouring a hazy straw colour THE CHOP carries big citrus and tropical notes, finishing with a mild balanced bitterness. Featuring some of our favourite hops to date – Mosaic, Citra & Simcoe.
