With original ingredients, wood barrel maturation and the use of wild yeasts, the brewery has quickly made a name for itself in both national and international connoisseur circles since its foundation in 2017. Mandarina is a barrel-aged saison. Brewed with organic barley and wheat malt. Generously hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Styrian Goldings. Fermented in wooden barrels for more than a year. This blend shows beautiful aging notes but still offers the summery freshness of the Mandarina Bavaria hops.
