A modern West Coast IPA packed with Nelson, Rakau, Waimea and Southern Cross hops.

For the second in our NZ Freestyle Hops focused series we've gone with a modern take on the classic West Coast IPA. With a clean, pared back malt bill to let the hops sing we utilised a combination of Southern Cross, Waimea, Rakau and Nelson Sauvin. Expect some classic Nelson tropical fruit and sauv blanc notes coupled with stone fruit and some piney resin to round things out.
