Weighing in at an elegant 2.8%, this little wild ale has been reimagined into a can format from our original Long Table 750mL bottled wild ale released back in late 2015 (Long Table 750mL was probably the first low abv table beer wild ale in the country).
LONG TABLE ORGANIC is modelled upon a naturally low abv wild ale that speaks of our place. Made with our mixed wild culture and brewed naturally in French oak, this refreshing wild ale is also Certified Organic.
The decision to go down the Organic path with this wild ale was an easy one, considering the low ABV, we felt we needed maximum flavour and after trials with and without organic malts & hops, we were all in favour.
