  Love...

  This beer is unbelievable, I just wish I could afford to buy more of it. I have been a beer drinker for a long time and I found beer very tastless and boring, until I purchased this beer it is excellent.

  Superb Quad

  I was fortunate to first try this in June this year, in Ypres Belgium. My more recent sampling simply confirmed my original findings, this beer is a triumph! I am a keen brewer, and hope one day to have the yeast control these folks clearly demonstrate. The Pear, Banana, Strawberry Esters are astonishing, coupled with a clean fresh balanced and totally sessionable 10% beer. Without question the best beer I have ever sampled.

  Smooth and flavorsome, and with a very satisfying alcohol level. Just the thing for a quiet afternoon tipple.

  One of my top three.

  I've been drinking the La Trappe range for three or four years. The Quadrupel is my favourite, although it is dangerous to have more than two in any session. The high alcohol is balanced by the full flavour. Up there with Chimay Blue and Kwak.
