Pours with a rocky, white head which fades to a tight, creamy cap and covers a sparkling, golden amber beer. Aroma is dominated by honey sweetness, acidic characters and a slight cellar like mustiness. Assertive sourness is offset by butterscotch candy sweetness, which compliments the various wild lambic flavours of the beer. The body is creamy, and the hop characteristics are minimal.
