The zest of pure, high-grade hops complements a pleasantly malty aroma, inspiring memories of a summer breeze rolling across a field of barley. Velvety, seemingly viscous, it glides smoothly over the tongue. 

Atypical of a Bock, is its well-fermented, lean, hops accented character, which remains distinct as it slowly fades in the finish.
