Blond craft beer refermented in bottle and cask Malheur 8 is a craft beer brewed according to an old process and naturally matures for 2 months in the cellars of the Brewery. Malheur 8 has a fresh smell with a very strong citrus aroma. You smell the touches of lemon, grapefruit and flowers. A slight touch of spice is detectable. The beer has an extremely dry flavor and shows excellent hopping, with little citrus. At the end you taste flavors of sherry like Fino. A complex beer with a simple structure.
