Introducing Doppelator our Winter Lager brewed as a winter warmer during these colder months in time for the Modus 6th Birthday.
A beer to cosy up to and sip and savour ideally by a toasty fire. Biscuity, malty sweetness is balanced with a clean, dry finish and subtle bitterness. At 7.6% it lives up to the Doppel.
The style was originally brewed by German Monks for sustenance during winter, we've been true to style brewing with Vienna, Cara Munich, Melanoidin + Pilsner Malt with Magnum as a bittering hop and Hallertau Mittelfruh.
