Several years ago, due to a mishap in the brewery, there was some wasted grain, from this trash came a treasure of a beer and Sour Tom was born.

Strawberry aromas explode from the bottle as it is opened and these dominate the nose. Sour Tom finishes clean and dry with layers of wine and oak adding to the delicate farmhouse characters and spice.
