Co-fermenting Montalto Pinot juice with Mornington Brown ale and aged in French Oak Pinot barrels produced a cherry red Vinale with big aromas of stonefruit, rose and fruit leather. VinAle Red has a vibrant, yet individual character and a textural mouthfeel with flavours of Turkish Delight, chocolate and nuts.
