Well that wasn’t on the Mountain Culture Bingo Card but I guess a lot of things over the past 5 years weren’t and yet here we are in a world where our mascot is a talking Cockatoo.

Kohia Nelson Hop Kief is an infusion of passionfruit and Kohia Nelson hops which we’ve added at the very end of fermentation following a hefty dry hops addition of Citra and Mosaic hops to create a flavour profile that is all about passionfruit pulp and guava juice.
