Our 2023 Single Hop Series has been designed to exhibit the full sensory spectrum of the hops we hand selected in the Yakima Valley, Washington, across a range of beer styles. This is Comet, a 100% Comet-hopped New England IPA.

DJ and Danny selected a few hop varieties we had never used before including the star of this New England IPA, Comet. Characteristically known for its grapefruit and tangerine aromas, we decided to try and maximise these pungent citrus flavours by selecting a NEIPA as the base. And my oh my, we’re not upset with the team's choice to order a whole heap of this hop!
