In the interest of continued experimentation we’re casting this dancing spell your way in the form of our second experimental IPA in a week. Working again with experimental hops from our mates at NZ Hops we’ve aimed to showcase their new experimental hop NZH-104.

In the name of science we’ve increased our usual hopping ratios across all three hop additions to really highlight what this hop can do. NZH-104 has sweet stone and tropical fruit characters with complex pine notes which work perfectly with the creamy mouthfeel and sweet finish of the NEIPA base.
