Last year we sent our co-founder, DJ, and Head of Production, Danny, to the Yakima Valley in Washington to hand select the best US hops. Our 2023 Single Hop Series is designed to exhibit the full sensory spectrum of the hops they selected across a range of styles.

You hear Idaho and what do you think? Potatoes? Well, this has nothing to do with potatoes thankfully. Idaho 7 over the past couple of years has been one of our favourite hops to use in our IPAs, and so it’s awesome to finally select our hops of this variety. This NEIPA is a true representation of Idaho 7’s characteristic pink grapefruit and pungent mango flavours.
