We were fortunate enough to get a crop of Galaxy hops so fresh they were basically still photosynthesising so we combined them with Aussie oats, finished it with our house yeast strain to create a sweet, creamy, passionfruit bomb. And then DJ named the beer after a Dr Dre song that describes him feeling like he is travelling through the galaxy thanks to consuming illicit substances. We hope this beer takes you on a similar but more legal journey.
