We are back brewing with our best mates from the NSW South Coast, Dangerous Ales. This time, we’ve invited Damo and the crew up to the Mountains for a little get away and to brew two polar opposite yet equally epic beers. This hazy IPA is brewed as an ode to our favourite NZ hops that regularly feature in both of our biggest hazy IPA’s. To create an IPA worthy of such a collaboration, we’ve gone and rolled out the red carpet using Cryo Motueka, Kohia Nelson and Maui Nelson Hop Kief. The result, a massive flavour profile full of passionfruit, pineapple and guava with a big hit of lemon and lime.
