This Double IPA is brewed with malted barley, wheat and maize from the friendly carbon-based life forms over at Gladfield Malt.
Following a vigorous fermentation with the California Lager strain, we beamed up a ridiculous twelve grams per litre of hops, making this Rare Breed the hoppiest ever!
APPEARANCE: Deep gold with pronounced hop haze.
AROMA: Grapefruit and tropical fruit, with a hint of mint and cedar.
FLAVOUR: Medium bodied with fruity hop flavour and firm bitterness on the finish.
MALTS: A blend of Gladfield malts from New Zealand, including Pilsner, Wheat, Maize and Gladiator.
HOPS: Sabro, Azacca, Columbus, Cascade and Fortnight.
YEAST: Wyeast 2112 California Lager.
