We’ve started with our favourite west coast malt bill and used a hop combination of Simcoe, Columbus, Mosaic and Cryo Cashmere to make sure the odds of this beer being a banger are in our favour.

AROMA: Bubblegum, pear drops and honeydew melon esters.

FLAVOUR: Bright candied ginger, fruity confectionary, and a lightly spiced tannic finish.
