Green Curve is a collaboration with cuckoo brewers, Stillwater Artisanal based in the USA. In this beer we've used plenty of oats to make a thick, creamy, opaque beer and fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast. This, together with a dry hop of El Dorado and Sabro, has created a beer that tastes fresh, bright and zesty! Creamed peaches, soft fleshy mango and a hint of coconut lead the palette whilst heaps of orange zest, pineapple and apricot create a heady aroma.
