Some said we couldn't... But we did. We scored a fresh re-up of NZ hops from our cuzzies over the Tasman. Big fat stacks of Nelson Sauvin hop in all its white-grape pushing, gooseberry slinging, passionfruit hustling glory.
All packed & stacked into this soft and bitter bad ass of an IPA.
Simple malt base. Kveik Voss yeast bringing the bling 'cause these hops aren't getting any fresher. A sprinkle of Idaho 7 and Citra Cryo in the dry hop. Mean. Choice. Sweet as bro.
