It's needed to withstand the barrage of hops, with 6 varietals on show - Nelson Sauvin, Columbus, Strata, Amarillo, Mosaic & Centennial. The nose is full of mangosteen, gingerbread and strewed stone-fruit. On the palate, assertive bitterness, spiced fruit and a whack of toffee malt.
