Continuing with all the things that made the Strata so wonderful (sticky resin, chewy pineapple and musky sweetness), Stratarillo takes it a step further. The steadying addition of Amarillo hops adds structure and depth, balancing out the candied fruitiness of Strata while adding an unexpectedly dry finish that sweeps the palate clean. The nose is extravagant and perfumed. The palate hits sparkling, fruity and tight. Dangerously drinkable, devilishly dank.
