We took a traditional Wheat Ale recipe, used a Belgian yeast and in Pontoon fashion, added a little kick. We used a Belgian yeast with this style to give it subtle Belgian esters, then added strawberry and rhubarb to make a super crushable beer with hints of sweet strawberries.
