Sonic Bloom is a brand new Oat Cream Double IPA, laced with Simcoe, Citra, Strata and Citra Cryo. The floods just had to have a little dig at this beer and as a result we had a wee stash of Citra held up in transit which we partially subbed out for some Strata. Humongous notes of tropical glory, red berries and a silky, silky body make this one of our favourite OC DIPA's to date. Rich, creamy and intensely fruity with just a slight hint of underlying grapefruit citrus for perfect balance.
