Bright Future is loaded with Cashmere Cryo, Citra and Mosaic hops. We fermented this one nice and warm with a strain of Kveik yeast that was new for us. The result is a beer bursting with aromas of orange peel and mandarin juiciness. The mouthfeel is full bodied and coats the palate with juicy orange, mango and papaya. The finish is as juicy as the start with a pleasant lingering citrus bitterness.
