Day Off is a brand new West Coast IPA that we've brewed to help you hold onto the memories of those sweet days off you had over the holidays. We've loaded it up with Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Citra, Simcoe and Rakau, plus a little sprinkle of Riwaka Cryo in the whirlpool. Aromatically this beer is a masterclass of kiwi hop magnificence. Passionfruit and citrus from the Riwaka lead into wafts of white wine and lychee from the Nelson with just a hint of dank. On first sip you'll be met with a firm full palate bitterness, that slowly fades into waves of orange citrus crush, lychee and passionfruit, with a strong underlying piney resin that carries throughout. This is about as bang on as modern West Coast IPA gets for us.
