In Bloom is a brand new Double IPA loaded with Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic. Arguably the holy trinity of new-school brewing, we put these hops on a pedestal for a reason - they absolutely POP in this DIPA. It’s all tropical fruit juice on the nose and palate. Orange zest, key lime, papaya and mango pulp. The mouthfeel is thicc and sticky, coating your whole palate with every sip. Deceptively crushable, this takes us back to harvest this year when all the hops were in bloom.
