Pastrami on Rye is a brand new Vienna Lager. Much like its namesake, it's steeped in tradition, utilising modern techniques. The beer is a light golden straw in colour, with a high level of clarity. It has a medium body, with a smooth malt driven flavour profile with just a hint of malt sweetness. There is an underlying light bitterness but the beer finishes smooth and dry. Crack a can and pair with your favourite deli sandwich.
