The crew from Fast Fashion are our newest pals in the brewing world, and boy do they know how to party. After a year or so exchanging messages we were finally able to hang with Matt and Brian in Seattle this year after visiting the US for hop harvest. We tore up the Seattle karaoke scene, tailgaited before the Seahawks game and drank a few too many beers at their sister venues Anchovy Hop Fest.
We're super jazzed to be the first and only brewery in Australia to have access to their very own hop variety, grown by Segal Ranch, called Anchovy. This baby is a brand new experimental that Fast Fashion have sponsored and invested in the growth of after falling in love a couple of seasons ago. We've managed to get a super super fresh allotment picked only in September and pelletised a few weeks ago into Australia and in this beer just in the nick of time.
\*Tip for young players - this beer contains no actual anchovies or anchovy flavours. Just beautiful fresh hops with a fun name.
