This was the approach taken by Marc Rosier, the manager at the time, in his quest for innovation in 1990. He decided to brew beers using organically grown ingredients. And so Saison Dupont Bio and Moinette Bio were born... The first organic beers marketed in Belgium!

Saison Dupont Bio is a light but complex blonde beer, marked by fragrances of grapefruit, white flowers and spice (cloves). These aromas are also present on the palate, where they combine with hints of malt. There is a clear bitterness, rounded off with an incredibly thirst-quenching flavour without any sweetness.
