A dark and moody stout, the emo of our beer range; black at heart but full of layers of complexity. A melody of flavours, the full mouthfeel balances hops and roasty bitterness with a malty sweetness. Whilst the flavours may be robust, the beer still comes off as clean and dry, and quite refreshing and sitting at 4.4% ABV it is much easier drinking that many of the big Imperial or milk stouts.
