Brewed with 100% Australian grown grains. Organic Pilsner, Winter Wheat & Raw Wheat from Voyager (NSW). Paired with Australian Flaked Wheat & Flaked Rye. Hopped with Tettnang (DE) & Nelson Sauvin (NZ) in the boil to 24 IBU. Primary fermentation in stainless with a blend of saison yeast & three strains of brettanomyces from Mogwai Labs for 6 weeks. Packaged on September 20th 2023 and can conditioned for 6 weeks.
Aromas of gooseberries & doughy grains with a restrained brett character. Some elements are akin to sauvignon blanc. Bright lemon & freshly baked sourdough on the palate with a perceived sweetness even though the product is bone dry. Lively carbonation & super refreshing. Your new park companion.
