The barley-only malt base is just perfect for this mix of beautiful Westcoast hops: Columbus, Chinook and Centennial in the boil (oh yes, boiling hops is still a thing), are followed by Cascade and Centennial in the whirlpool and a single dry hop addition of Cascade, Comet and Citra Cryo. The outcome are wonderful flavours of honey, pine, Grapefruit pith, fresh spring herbs & bergamot. The light to medium body helps to deliver a clean and lingering bitter finish.
