Apricot Kveik IIPA - It turns out Bjorn doesn't hold back on his secret Norwegian breakkie juice recipe. We re-fermented this Kveik funk-bomb on 235kgs of Apricot puree and then cranked up the Equanot and Vic Secret dry-hop to 11. "This is how we do Breakfast in Norway" he says.
